Eczema is a form of advanced skin rash and can cause blistering and crusting of the skin and oozing fluid. Allergic

Hives are a type of skin rash that is usually harmless. Hives appear in batches, and can appear throughout the body. Hives may be different sizes ranging from very small to a few centimeters in diameter.
